HOW CAN I HELP?

Often there is stigma attached to needing therapy or help, this may be your first step.  If you are investing your trust, time and money on working with someone it is important to find the right person, someone who you can work with in partnership. The therapy 'room' offers a confidential, judgement free space for you to explore your difficulties.
I use an integrative approach to therapy using different skill and techniques to adapt therapy to suit your needs, often issues are complex sometimes more than one approach is needed. Problems are viewed from all angles including the biological/physical, psychological and social viewpoints (bio-psycho-social), in essence offering integrated therapy, sexual rehabilitation and personal growth.
I work with individuals and/or their partner(s).

What I can help with:
  • Sex education
  • Relationship difficulties.
  • Sexual interest and/or desire;
  • Female arousal disorders,

  • Sexual phobias or aversions.
  • Fear around lack of experience.
  • Sexual problems as a result of illness - sexual rehabilitation.
  • Sexual well-being following cancer diagnosis and treatment.
  • Sexual identity issues including gender, sexual orientation. LGBTQIA+ sensitive.
